Admission Procedure

All the candidates who qualify Rajasthan PTET exam 2023 will be able to take part in PTET counselling process which will start after the result. Through the counselling, candidates will be given admission to BABEd/ BEd Colleges in Rajasthan on the basis of the rank obtained in the PTET exam. Step 1: Fill PTET application form First, candidates need to fill the PTET application form 2023 on the official website of the exam. Candidates also need to pay PTET application fee of INR 500 in online mode. Step 2: Download PTET admit card Next, candidates can download their PTET admit card 2023 from the official website of the exam as per the prescribed schedule. The admit card for PTET exam contains important details such as exam date, time, test centre address, etc. Step 3: Give PTET exam Candidates need to appear for PTET exam as per the date and time mentioned on the admit card. The PTET exam contains 200 objective questions of 600 marks. The duration of the exam is three hours. Step 4: Check PTET exam result Candidates can check the PTET result 2023 on the official website of the exam. Candidates can check their result by using details such as name, mother’s name, roll number and date of birth. Step 5: Appear for PTET counselling Lastly, all qualifying candidates need to appear for the PTET counselling round. In PTET counselling, candidates are allotted seats in their respective courses as per the ranks obtained by them and available seats. PTET 2023 Counselling PTET counselling is conducted by Guru Govind Tribal University, Banswara. The fee for PTET registration is INR 5,000. For registration, candidates can follow the steps below: Log on to the official website of the exam Click on the link available for registration for counselling Fill all details in the registration form such as roll number, name, mother’s name and date of birth Select the payment option Click on Login Step 2: Choice Filling Next, candidates need to give their choices for the colleges in which they wish to secure admission. Candidates can select, delete and lock the choices before the last date. Step 3: Seat Allotment PTET seat allotment is done on the basis of candidates’ choice-filling, merit, category, teaching subject, etc. Once the allotment is done candidates have to pay the remaining admission fee of INR 22,000. Step 4: Upward Movement In case, candidates are not satisfied with the college allotted to them, they can apply for the upward movement. Fresh seat allotment is done for such candidates.
